Government policy — The UK Government’s Renters’ Rights Bill should be amended to make it easier for a tenant to request gigabit infrastructure from their landlord.
Absent landlords — In Scotland, it’s much harder to deliver better broadband to MDUs as we currently need consent from every single property owner in a block - rather than the simple majority required in England and Wales.
